Ferragosto Lunch at Villa Carona

To celebrate Ferragosto, Villa Carona Hotel & Spa offers a special lunch menu to enjoy in our restaurant surrounded by the natural beauty of Carona.
An opportunity to celebrate summer with creative dishes, Mediterranean flavors, and barbecue cooking.

Lunch will be served in the indoor dining room and on the outdoor veranda.
In case of bad weather, service will take place indoors only.

Menu of the day:

• Veal with tuna sauce (Vitello tonnato)
• Black Venus rice salad
• Rice arancina
• Vinaigrette with soy mayo
• Marinated trout, polenta and guacamole
• Eggplant parmigiana

From the BBQ:

• Iberian pork ribs
• Grilled Italian sausage
• Roasted chicken
• Sliced grilled beef
• Grilled potatoes and zucchini

Dessert:

• Flambéed fruit skewer with passion fruit gelato
