On Friday, November 7, Villa Carona Hotel & Spa invites you to a dinner that pays homage to the authentic flavors, traditions, and memories of the Orobie Mountains.
A Dining Experience designed to celebrate the excellence of local ingredients, the roots of Bergamo’s culinary culture, and the stories of the land that surrounds us.
An evening that speaks of authenticity and identity — where the mountains meet the table, and every dish becomes a heartfelt tribute to our territory.
Menu of the Evening:
- Tongue of Bruna Alpina beef, Sciatt from Branzi, Polenta and Strachitunt fritters
- Mushroom Panada, Agri cheese from Valtorta (Slow Food Presidia) and crispy onion
- Casola – a traditional Bergamo dish
- Elderflower sorbet
