On December 25th, Villa Carona welcomes you to celebrate Christmas with a special lunch dedicated to conviviality and local flavours.
In the intimate setting of our panoramic restaurant, the Chef presents a tasting menu that reinterprets traditional dishes with a contemporary touch and mountain-inspired ingredients.
Christmas Menu
- Soft bun with lobster, edamame, mayonnaise and fried Carona potatoes
- Seared scallops, Jerusalem artichoke foam, chickpea flatbread and American sauce
- Rabbit ham, chicory, baked olives and tuna sauce
- Cappelletti in broth, white truffle and parmesan
- Carnaroli rice, smoked eggplant, anchovies and stracciatella
- Milk-fed veal rump with mountain herbs crust, fried artichoke and pjeras sauce
- Arabica and sambuca semifreddo
- Homemade panettone
