Ferragosto Lunch at Villa Carona

On Saturday 15 August, we look forward to welcoming you for the traditional Ferragosto Lunch at Villa Carona Hotel & Spa: a moment to share around the table, with summer flavours and BBQ specialities.
For the occasion, our restaurant will offer a special menu created by the Chef, to be enjoyed surrounded by the nature of Carona.
Lunch will be served outdoors, weather permitting. In case of bad weather, service will be guaranteed in the indoor dining rooms of the restaurant.
The menu of the day:
- Venison ragù lasagnetta
- Panzanella salad
- Rabbit with tuna sauce
- Burrata and marinated Arctic char
- Aubergine parmigiana
- Battered courgette flowers
- Pappa al pomodoro
From the BBQ:
- Nebraska beef
- Bombette
- Fennel sausage
- Spiced organic chicken legs
Dessert:
- Pineapple carpaccio with fresh cream gelato
Price: €65.00 per person – wines not included
Children’s menu available up to 9 years old: €40.00
